Senior Leasing Assistant Manager

• Graduate from university, major of Science in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Marketing;
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• At least 3 years working experience in the office & serviced apartment leasing, prefer in building grade A
• Good understanding of the office and serviced apartment leasing market of HCMC, Vietnam and market trend;
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills

• Implement the office and serviced apartment leasing activities for initially Diamond Plaza. Find tenants to fill up vacant areas;
• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the office’s area and serviced apartments of the Company's portfolio;
• Work closely with Property Management/ and other teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance;
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents;
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost;
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting;
