Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. This role oversees content creation, copywriting, short-form video production, social media advertising, and performance tracking across digital platforms.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Experience in retail, shopping mall, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Number-driven and good management ability;
  • Creative, pro-active and flexible.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Job description

1. Social Media Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media plans aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, Zalo.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Build and engage online communities to strengthen customer relationships and brand advocacy.

2. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Create compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Write creative and persuasive copy for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, captions, and digital communications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

3. Video Production & Editing

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create high-quality visual content.
  • Stay updated on social media content trends and leverage trending formats to maximize engagement.

4. Social Media Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report key social media and digital marketing metrics.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, CRM, and external agency to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate content production schedules and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work with KOLs/KOCs and external partners to promote mall campaigns and activities, create additional customer benefits, increase campaign awareness, customer traffic and sales performance.
