Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with clear strengths in either Training or HR Operations.
  • Experience in office buildings, apartments, or shopping mall environments is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Proficient in English for daily work and capable of working effectively with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for training, reporting, and presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Focus

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update training plans for building and shopping mall operation teams in line with company direction.
  • Organize internal training programs including customer service, safety & fire prevention, operational SOPs, management skills, and soft skills.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers for mandatory, technical, and compliance training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance.
  • Manage training records, reports, and propose improvements to training programs based on operational needs.

2. Operations Focus

  • Manage and control HR operational processes including attendance, labor contracts, employee discipline, and internal compliance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address daily HR issues as they arise
  • Support KPI implementation, periodic performance evaluations, and monitoring of HR policy compliance.
  • Participate in employee relations cases, complaints handling, and support a stable working environment.

3.Report & Management

  • Prepare reports on training programs implementation, training procedures, and related costs.
  • Monitor and regularly update labor laws and regulations related to employees.
  • Timely report labor-related issues and propose appropriate solutions to ensure harmony between the Company and employees.
  • Coordinate to review and monitor employee benefits payments, including salary, bonus, and welfare.
