Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or shopping mall marketing
  • Strong understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and trade marketing
  • Experience in trade marketing, digital marketing and data-driven decision making
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership capability with customer-centric mindset and ability to work under pressure
Responsibility

MARKETING MANAGER

  • This role is responsible for leading all marketing activities of the department store, with a primary focus on driving footfall, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing sales performance through data-driven strategies and market insights.

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies based on market trends, customer insights.
  • Competitor analysis to drive footfall and revenue growth.

2. Campaign, Event & Trade Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, seasonal events, and in-mall activations; develop trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with tenants to drive traffic and sales performance.

3. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Lead digital marketing activities including social media, content, and online campaigns to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand presence across digital channels.

4. Customer Relationship Management – CRM

  • Oversee CRM operations and customer touchpoints; utilize customer data to design and implement effective loyalty programs and personalized marketing initiatives.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and footfall trends to evaluate effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Leasing/Design and other departments to develop integrated strategies that align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

7. Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing team to ensure effective execution, innovation, and achievement of KPIs.
