Requirement

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in designing and implementing civil projects, with a strong focus on steel structures.
Core Software: Mastery of AutoCAD.
Design Tools: Basic knowledge of 3Ds Max or SketchUp.
Supporting Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a significant plus.
Full competence in all technical tasks mentioned in the responsibilities.
Strong scheduling and progress management skills.
Critical thinking with the ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutions.
Mindset: Positive attitude and a strong work ethic to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills when working with technical teams, site workers, and contractors.
Communication: Ability to consult and convey technical information clearly to non-technical departments (Sales, Marketing).
Language: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Tenant Drawing Management: Review construction drawing sets and ensure quality control of tenant designs/blueprints.
Construction Supervision: Oversee and consult on the renovation process to ensure progress is timely, efficient, and logical.
Technical Implementation: Interpret and implement interior, exterior, and structural construction drawings for renovation projects.
Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform quantity takeoff and prepare detailed quotations/estimates based on design documents, technical standards, and current regulations.
