Requirement

Graduate from university, major in Marketing;
Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
At least 3 year of experience in Marketing; experienced in Shopping Mall is an advantage
Experienced in Brand Identity, Digital Marketing, and e-commerce
Number-driven and good management ability;
Creative, pro-active and flexible

Job description

Plan, propose and execute Promotion campaigns for Diamond Plaza Department Store, according to shopping season and sale strategies;
Assist Head of Marketing Department in planning, supervising marketing operation and execute under approved budget to achieve revenue target
Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities
Conduct marketing campaigns and trade show to promote brand awareness among customers
Coordinate with related Department to develop seasonal key visual and signage
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Head of Marketing Department to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans
Assist in implementing online and offline communication plans and develop related publications to promote promotions
Build, managing and improve CRM program
Manage Event Agencies, suppliers to support activities during promotion program;
Generate marketing reports to management when needed
Evaluate current marketing program and recommend in improvements
Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
Daily task given from Head of Department and BOD
