Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree with related majo
  • At least 3 years of leasing experience in shopping malls, commercial properties, or retail real estate.
  • Experience in dealing with international and premium retail brands is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of tenant mix planning, lease administration, and retail market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to achieve leasing targets and work under pressure.
Job description
  • Study retail market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify leasing opportunities and develop new brand concepts.
  • Source, approach, and secure potential tenants to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Manage leasing activities, including tenant prospecting, negotiations, lease renewals, and contract finalization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants to maximize tenant retention and satisfaction.
  • Prepare leasing proposals, market analysis, tenant mix recommendations, and profitability reports.
  • Monitor lease expiry schedules and proactively negotiate renewals to maintain occupancy levels.
  • Follow up on lease agreements, review store designs, and coordinate fit-out, renovation, and handover processes to ensure compliance with mall standards and timelines.
  • Work closely with tenants, contractors, architects, and internal departments throughout the shop opening process.
  • Support the development and execution of leasing strategies to optimize tenant mix and enhance the shopping mall’s competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to support tenant activities, mall events, and business performance.
  • Monitor tenant sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer traffic.
  • Prepare regular leasing reports, occupancy reports, and business performance updates for management.
  • Working time: 44 hours/week
  • Working at: Diamond Plaza Department Store, 34 Le Duan St., Sai Gon ward, HCM City
